Cat Grumps is an April Fools' Day spin-off of Game Grumps. It is hosted by Mochi and Mimi. It does not feature video games, but rather real-life footage of the cats playing with rope and other objects and toys, with cute music playing in the background. It follows a similar format to Meow Train.

- This is the first series of Game Grumps that is not game related.
- This is also the first series to n̶o̶t̶ ̶f̶e̶a̶t̶u̶r̶e̶ ̶a̶n̶y̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶g̶r̶u̶m̶p̶s̶ introduce Mochi and Mimi as Grumps.
- The entire series is live action and does not contain any game play footage or commentary.
- This marks the first time there is no commentary in an episode.
- This is the first time a series on Game Grumps does not feature any humans, although hands are rumored to be seen, like at the beginning of episode 2, where possibly Dan’s hand can be seen petting Mimi.
- The concept may have been inspired by the A Link To The Past episode of the same name.
