"Laying in Slugs" is the eighteenth episode of Dark Souls III on Game Grumps.
Gameplay[]
Arin starts playing in the Covenant of the Wolf, one of the game's online modes. Later on in Farron Keep, he battles an enemy near a white birth tree and discovers that the giant from Undead Settlement is firing greatarrows at it. Not long after, Arin dies to a combination of poison and giant slugs. He retrieves his souls and goes back to Firelink Shrine to level up. Upon his return to Farron Keep, Arin dies again to a combination of poison and Ghrus.

Danny makes the joke, "He seems like a fun guy," about a mushroom. He then announces his retirement from Game Grumps now that he's made the perfect joke.
Arin expresses his appreciation for the fact that cutscenes are few and far between in this game. He especially appreciates the fact that the world itself tells the stories and lore.
